Grease collected in your exhaust system becomes a fire hazard if not removed. That’s why the fire marshal, your insurance company and your city’s Health Department all require regular exhaust system cleanings.

It depends on the volume of cooking you do and the grease buildup that accumulates from it. Exhaust system cleaning intervals range from every month to every year. Check with your local fire marshal or insurance agent to see what standard you must meet.

Yes, we guarantee that our cleaning will pass all fire inspections. Neglected exhaust systems may require more than one cleaning and then regular maintenance to pass inspection.

Most exhaust system cleanings take between one hour and five hours, but it depends on your kitchen. The larger the hoods or the more filters you have, the longer it takes. Neglected exhaust systems may require more than one cleaning. When you call for a quote, we can give you a more accurate time frame.

Yes, any equipment under your hood will need to be turned off and cooled down. Pilot lights will be blown out and re-lit before our departure.

We have day crews and evening crews to suit your schedule. Someone is in operation 24 hours a day.

Yes. AquaForce is fully insured for damage or theft. Further, all keys are coded and locked up, with access strictly limited to management.

Yes, and we will be happy to provide a copy of our insurance certificate if you need one.

The price is based on the size of your hood, how many filters it has, what equipment is under it, the type of food you cook, the time passed since your last cleaning and how difficult it is to access your roof. Please fill out the form on the Contact AquaForce page or call us at 866-944-2339. An estimator will visit your location to assess your system and provide you with a quote.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning, there is no charge. However, if you cancel 24 hours or less before our crew is scheduled to arrive, you will be charged 50% of the amount quoted.

Payment is required at time of service. We accept cash, checks, or electronic interac payments. Payment terms are available to qualified customers.
